Process
- Prepare in advance a solution of ExpertGel® EG312 in water
- Introduce B in the main beaker and mix well until the blend is uniform
- Introduce A into B and mix well
- Introduce C into A+B and mix well
- Premix the ingredients of D and introduce it into the formula and mix well

Process
Heat A to 85°C with stirring and high shear.
At 85°C, disperse the polymer for 30 minutes at high shear.
Cool to 80°C
Add B and stir for 5 minutes
Cool slowly to 30°C
Add C then D and mix slowly until uniformly blended
