Process OleoSun Serum
Heat up A to 90°C under stirring with high shear
At 90°C, disperse the polymer for 30 minutes with high shear
Cool down to 80°C
Add B into the main beaker and swell the carbomer
Add C to A and mix well
Add A+C to B stirring with a low shear (around 500rpm) for 10 minutes
Prepare D, premixing xanthan gum into glycerin
Add D and mix until the blend is uniform
Neutralize the carbomer with E

Process Sun Protection Gel
Add the ingretiens of the phase A in a beaker
Heat to 100°C with gentle stirring
At 100°C, unfold the polymer under moderte stirring for 30 minutes
Cool to 40°C

Process Self Tanning Creamy Lotion
Add the ingredients of the phase A in the main beaker and homogenize
Make a premix dispersing xanthan gum in glycerin
Add the premix B to A and homogenize
Add the C to A+B and stir until the gel is uniform
Heat up A+B+C to 80°C under stirring
Add the ingredients of the phase D in a secondary beakera and heat up to 80°C under stirring
At 80°C, stir for 20 minutes
Add the ingredients of the phase E to the phase D and homogenize
Make the emulsion pouring the oily phase D+E in the aqueous phase A+B+C and stir vigorously for 15 minutes
Cool to 35°C
Make a premix solubilizing DHA in water
Add the premix F in the emulsion and homogenize
Add the PHASE G and homogenize
Adjust the pH with the phase H (it must be between 3,5 and 4,5)
